Lecinaro

It is a bitter liqueur based on 17 aromatic herbs. It is excellent as a digestive and for mixing. Its taste is bitter, slightly persistent with floral hints and notes of spice, citrus and herbaceous. The original recipe take advantage from the art of infusing herbs in a grappa of Lecinaro, a historical and autochthonous grape of Lazio, from which the liqueur takes its name. It is inspired by and to the tradition recipes of Ciociaria that frequently include the use chicory and artichoke. Its alcohol content is 25-35% vol.
